I booked a ticke from delhi to imphal on the 7th june 2021 and after deducting the money they gave me a call within 10 minutes that ny flight was cancelled due to some operational isssue and the money will be refunded within 10-15 working days YET each time they make an excuse and just won’t refund the money and many people are facing the same problem like mine.. action should be taken against them and they must refund all the refund they took .!! They are sucking dry people hard earned money just by resting their ass at home, from one call away.!! This is insane and inhumane.
