I booked 3 tickets for date 05/05/2020 from Hyderabad-Patna. The Airlines have cancelled the flight due to covid restrictions so I rescheduled it to 3rd of July but again the flight was cancelled by the Airlines. After that the Airlines were not operational in this sector. When tried to get the refund the Airlines is telling that I will only get credits in their wallet which will be valid till 1 year from the date of issuance. But I don’t have any further plans to travel in next 9-10 month. So literally I am loosing this money. And as per Supreme Court the tickets booked before 30th May should be refunded to the customer.
I want to register this complaint against the Airlines.
