I have ordered a mobile phone on mobiekart on cash on delivery. But someone saying his name Kapil Kumar . First asked for 10% money. Then tax amount 3600. Then asked half of mobile phone total cost. In this way I have paid 36k to mobiekart UPI no 7042149136. But till 1 and half month I have not received any mobile phone or money refund. Now mobiekart no 9718218653 not responding my call . Feeling cheated
