On 14/01/2023 i made a payment of rs 470.82 to jio fibre ,using the gpay option. this was to recharge my internet service , the existing plan that i was on was to expire at 4.18 am ist on the 14/01/23, bcoz i work online for an australian based company i have to log in at 3.30M ist , i quickly started my work , and did a recharge of rs 470.82 which went through at sharp 3.53 the money was debited from my bank acct i got a sms from my bank as well , but i didn’t get any confirmation from jio fibre BY SMS
I waited but no sms confirmation came from jio fibre and after 4.18 my jio internet services stopped so i spoke with jio fibre customer care rep they said wait for 2 hrs if it doesn’t work then
1= if money is received by them then services will start or if the money is not showing as credited in there account , it shall be refunded in my bank acct in 3 working days time ,
2= jio cs rep also said to make another recharge and meanwhile in case if 1st payment goes through then the 1st transaction amount received by them will automatically stay as a credit with them and can be used in the following month .
I followed what they said , and I made another recharge. It went through successfully at 7.10 am ist i could start using jio internet .
i have been in constant follow with my bank , gpay and jio fibre
bank and gpay very clearly have proved it that the money is taken by jio fibre
i have written many emails to jio fibre customer care jio fibre appellate authority
they say 1= they have not received the payment twice they can only see the money credited once in there account
2= they are asking me to send my proof of payment in pdf format , which i have done today
my bank is saying ask jio fibre to send there bank statement to prove that they ( jio ) has not received the money
but jio is not cooperating with me on this request and which clearly means that they have the money with them they intend to eat up my money .
Please LOOK INTO THIS MATTER ASAP
