I have made a payment of Rs 2580 to CESC electricity Kolkata on 12.10.2020. The transaction was a failed one. After that each time I contacted googlepay the posted the same statements which are ” your matter is escalated, you will receive the money within next 3 to 7 days, your money is safe with us” etc etc. At the beginning gpay customer care used to take phone call but now they play the covid-19 tape of reducing support staff. If I want to chat through the app the agents try to end the chat as soon as possible. I am a common man and Rs 2580 is quite a some for me. Please help me.
