Dear Team,
I have bought a mobile from Flipkart on 16th October 2020 on exchange offer of my old mobile phone with an exchange price of Rs. 4,100.
At the time of delivery on 17th October 2020, your delivery person come to me and rejected the exchange of my old mobile phone saying it is having dent on it but I can send you the picture of my old phone to prove that it is not having any dent but some usage marks as I was exchanging my one year old phone and not a new phone.
Since your delivery person not accepted the exchange I had to cancel the order on the same day that is on 17th October 2020.
Same date I have got a message from flipkart that refund has been initiated and I’ll get the refund on or before 20th October 2020. But I have not received the refund on 20th October. I have talked to the customer care team and informed them that I have not received any refund.
They said me to talk to the bank and send them the updated passbook scan copy.
I have talked to the bank person and submitted a written complaint there in this regard.
Then I have mailed the scan copy of my updated pass book and the complain letter also to Flipkart.
Flipkart has taken another deadline till 24th of October 2020 to close my issue.
Day before yesterday have got a mail from flipkart that that they have resolved the issue as they are not getting any response from me. After that I have got a message that they have refunded the money again and I’ll receive the same by 24th October. Yesterday I have got this email that they are again resetting the deadline till 27th October. And today few hours back I have got a call from flipkart and they are saying they will need another 7 working days from today to ressolve my issue and refund my money.
I am in need of my money urgently. Please ask flipkart to refund my money immediately.
