Text of Complaint by MOHIT NANDA:

New iphone  mobile phone of 64 GB was ordered through Amazon on 21-10-2020 and delivery happened on 29th October. Since this was under exchange offer against my old iphone , delivery person was expected to take back my old phone. When the delivery person came he initiated the IMEI verification of my old phone which got failed and new iphone was returned was initiated to the actual seller on 29th October ,2020. 10 days on, till date I have not received any refund of INR 44,199 amount in my credit card card and now credit card bill has got generated which eventually I will have to pay. I seek refund of entire money in my credit card account and additional ideal compensation over above from Amazon for keeping the funds blocked for more than 10 days and yet not credited.
