I had booked a flight ticket worth 6404/- from Travolook on 26th Nov. The money got deducted and after 30 mins, an executive from the company called and said the booking had been cancelled, assuring that I would get the refund within 24 hours. They even sent an email. It has been more than 24 hours, neither the money got refunded nor they are receiving my call.
I am stuck badly as neither my emergency flight got booked, on the other hand, my hard earned money got deducted.
I am helpless. Please see to it asap.
