On december 25th i have ordered the food through Fassos and it was taking more time
I have ordered food from Faasos signature wraps and Rolls on december 25th 2022 however food was not deleivered within the expected time of 40 minutes and it was taking more time alomost to 1 hour so i contacted customer care for the delay . They told me that you can cancel the food and the entire value of RS 281 will be refunded within 24 hours however till now , i have not received a refund amount of Rs 281 and not getting a proper response with the customer agent in the chat also.
I do not understand the working methodology of swiggy , after ordering the food and waiting for more than 50 minutes , i have not received a food and my money back till now . Again i need to write a mail to explain my grievences and the customer agent in the chat is also helpless and saying me that she cannot help.
Again I would like also the customer agent was very rude and giving abrupt answers in the chat box on december 25th 2022 without any understanding of the agony of customer .
. i had taken pain to really write my pain and experience i hade with swiggy on decemeber 25th 2022, Request to treat it generously . This is my last step and i will uninstall the swiggy app from my mobile
