Sir,
On the 8th of July, I booked two air tickets for myself & my wife from Delhi to Kolkata. Moments after I completed the booking and made payment of Rs.12,066/- for the same, I received a mail from Travolook stating my booking had been cancelled due to fare expiration. The mail clearly mentioned ” if your tickets cannot be processed for any reason you will be notified via e-mail or by telephone and you payment will Not be processed”. Traevlook however went ahead and debited my card account with Rs.12,066/-.
On calling up their Custome Service (Tel No 0124-643-4800), I was assured that the refund would be processed in next 10 working days and I will get back the refund amount. It has been more than a month that I have been calling them up only to be given another date. It is now becoming apparant that this company is deliberately withholding payments and their intention is maleficent. Request you to initiate necessry action against the company.

So far any one got the refund from travolook.in
This is the complaint of one website which is making money. Please stop this everyday 1000 of people are cheated.
In my case I have booked a ticket from Bangalore to Mumbai on 16th June 2022, in the name of Sudhirram rao @ the web site ‘https://www.travolook.in/’ the ticket was booked and reference number is 946270723 and after 10 mins they called and said that the ticket is cancelled and refund of Rs.5,142 is initiated. but till date they have not refunded the amount. Since it is already one month, whenever I call customer care they will say 7 working days we will refund but there is no refund till date.
Please do help to get refund of Rs.5142/-
