Dear Team,
My self “SUMON MONDAL” booked the Air India Flight ticket through www.airindia.in for my family as myself, Mrs. Aratrika Mondal & Master Sovitrak Mondal from CCU to Port Blair (Flight No. AI0787) on date of journey 23.05.2022 by Rs- 20,460 against the PNR No. HFTHW & E-Ticket no.-0982137974592C1, 0982137974593C1 & 0982137974594C1.
But we are unable to fly to the flight due unavailability the RTPCR repost of my 7 years old son “Master Sovitrak Mondal”. Hence, on the same day I cancelled the flight ticket & filled the FEEDBACK FORM (Ref No. WB-DCCU2305220709) to refund the money as per the policy of Air-India.
From the day onwards (24.05.2022), I’m continuously follow up to Air-India customer care number and mail id as contactus@airindia.in and the CC presentative informed that will get refund on or before max. 21 working days (as per the policy of Air-India) to the same booking account.
As already passed more than 21 working days, still not received any refund from Air-India against my Ticket and no body responding properly after repeatedly mail to Air-India Team.
Hence, need your support to get refund my money ASAP against the ticket numbers as mentioned above as per policy of Air-India.
I have attached the Tickets, Online Boarding Pass & Mail copy for your ready reference.
