I booked a flight ticket from guwahati to bangalore on the night of 7th Nov 2021. The mail said to wait 30 minutes while the booking is in process but later within 3 minutes I got a call saying we are sorry that your ticket is been canceled. Later got an email saying it will be refunded within 7 working days. I called the customer support but no one dare to help me finally I got a lady promising me my refund within 48 hours but the refund is not yet been given to me
