Dear sir/mam
I booked gofirst flight from new delhi to portblair but due to operations reason of gofirst ,the company cancel my flight but the refund of that cancel flight I have not received yet,many time I tried to customer care of gofirst they told me that your service provider i.e Paytm by whom I booked my flight will fill a form of refund but Paytm showing no interest and don’t cooperative with me please solve my problem as soon as possible my flight details are as follows
