My self Aashish and im working in defence.
I bought maxima smartwatch and made a request for return it on next day but there is no one to pick up item and i lodge return file twice. Finally in 3rd time i got my items returned to dealer to make my monet refunded. A boy from amazon came to recieve this maxima watch and found correct. He made my return slip & amazon reflecting it till but my refund is not credited yet. When i call to customer service then they told me , you returned a mismatched item thats why we are not able to refund you. In this case , i got totally frustrated and harrashed. Plz solve this problem as soon as possible. I lodged Grievance and my docket number is 3984835.
