Dear sir/madam
I am vinodha from Bangalore ,I have ordered crocs unisx@-child Boots
Size: 12-13 Years, 6 UK, 24 cms (J6)
Colour: Black/Multi on 22/4/2022 but We received very small size c6 ,so I have raised the return request through app ,Amzon delivery person came and picked the item on 26/4/2022 at 11.33am he called from this number 08061914444.,I spoke to customer care (Abilasha, Sparasha, vivek,etc)several times and they raised ticket two times and they made us to wait unnecessary for extended days so I fedup with them I don’t like to talk to them please resolve in ur level itself and kindly refund amount as per the protocol tat time. I have returned the item 26 April 16 days over.
