On March 18th, 2021 my booking with reference number REF456956739 was cancelled by TRAVOLOOK. The refund is not initiated till 16th May 2021.
Post having multiple conversation with the customer care executive either on email on call nothing has been done.
Again on 16th May 2021, I had a conversation with TRAVOLOOK executive AYUSHI at 14:45 hrs. However, Ayushi had no concrete replay on refund of amount Rs 7,413 and she gave the same reply as received in past that I will receive payment within 5 days by 21st of may 2021.
You are requested to kindly look into the matter and bring justice to me by getting the payment released immediately with interest and suitable penalty for the harassment under gone by me.
