This text is regarding my booking reference number : REF611445426.
This booking was done on 22nd feb on TRAVOLOOK AGENCY. First their customer support told that the money will get refunded within 10 to 15 working days. I waited patiently. But the money not credited to my account.
Then i called your customer support again…they told me that there was some technical problem. It got resolved. Your money will get credited in 7 working days . This is the 9th working day . M still waiting for the refund.
Today i called their customer care. She told me that due to server error i couldn’t fetch details about your booking.
Please take strict action against them
