An order of Order Id: 15947186839027316A was placed in JIO Mart from the registered JIO number :8369147653 on 14th July 2020. The order was supposed to be delivered on 17th July 2020 but it was not delivered. We did the payment through online methods. Despite repeated emails written to JIO Mart, even after one month, the money has not been credited back into the source bank account. In every email, they write”please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you” but they do not refund the money back.
