I, on 28 Aug 2019, recharge an Amount of Rs 1000.00 regarding electricity Bill of MSPDCL from Paytm Apps. However the recharge was failed and the Paytm instantly initiated the refund thereby providing a bank reference number. It says the money has refunded from day One. In the meantime I have called the SBI Customer care service and my concern Bank Manager. Both have categorically declined to entertain my request, says it is the sole responsibility of Paytm to return the amount to my Bank Account. Its almost day Nine(9) and I am yet to received my money. Does Paytm works on the motives of Lies and deceived? Why take so much time to refund?
