I have purchased a phone from flipkart and after that its having issues within one day so we requested for refund .The mobile cost was 22128 and in refund we received only 17078 and filpkart said that after faulty part pickup you would received the rest of 4950 amount will be received.Part has been picked up on 9th sep but still i didn’t receive my rest of amount . Every time they said that the request is under process ,we can’t do anything.it will happen automatically.
