Sir I have done a transaction using phonepay wallet transaction is successful but money not received by beneficiy .I complain in my bank for reversal but bank say that give a certified of reversal that amount is reverse .I demand a reversal certificate to phonepay and phonepay reply that there is no certificate of reversal.
