1xbet payment team is completely waste and fraud. I deposited Rs 500 on April 30th but didn’t receive money after 4 months now that’s August 1st. I sent every single details that they asked me each time. Not two or three times but so many times. Still whenever we send mail regarding this they ask for same details again and again. Customer care is useless and some are rude. Every time saying same thing like “our payment team is working on it”. Even after they said that my money is processed to my account ( happened two times already) i didn’t receive any.. how can there be a company which can’t solve a issue for 4 months? No value for customer and hard earned money.
