Text of Complaint by Karthik Kumar:

I have a salary account with Axis Bank. I left my job and was waiting for my full and Final payment. Every month from Axis Bank my account goes in minus and this time it was in 11005 minus. My money was credited of amount 68755 on April 18th and after all the deduction I had got only 13000 in hand. I called the customer care and they had informed me that 53000 has been put on hold from the credit card team. I spoke to that department and they denied the fact. I visited the branch next day and the request was raised from their end. I was waiting for the amount to be credited in the credit card so that I can use it again due to Ramadan holiday the amount was credited on April 24th evening and I got a credit of 2450 which was incorrect. My credit card was not working and came to know that my card has been permanently blocked. My account was again in minus of 4400 but after going to the branch again they only told me the charges upto 2000 and the rest amount they were not able to find, my 11000 which was in minus I don’t know for what that money has been gone and now my card is also blocked permanently. I just want all clear instructions where my money is gone my money came of 68000 and I was not able to use it too. My account number is 919010058582761. Please help me I don’t know what needs be to be done.
