I have added money from my bank account mistakenly for Rs 5400/- on 30/05/2019 and on 31/05/2019 i refunded my money back into my bank account (from which the money for credited). till 13/06/2019 i have not received the refund back into my account. i tried to raise tickets with the customer support of Mobikwik, they are not responding appropriately and closing my tickets without proper resolution. now i am asking them for the transaction No. of the refund , so that i can check with my Bank- they are not providing that either.
Please help.
