Text of Complaint by Sneha Arun Gaikwad:

Hi this is Sneha Gaikwad i have an account of mobikwik and have done transaction for rs 10000/- of money transfer on dated 28th Aug 18 which transfer on wrong account, on same date we have raised complaint with you and also bank after that i have taking continuously follow up with bank and they have given confirmation amount is reverse to mobikwik account between 18th sep to 20th sep 18 still i have checking my mobiwik wallet my money is not showing and also i was trying to contact your customer care but customer care number is not connecting i have raised complaint on your wallet app that is also not closed and i have not receive a singal reply from that.

your mobikwik wallet is very pathatic also your service is not good and satisfied to me. Plz reply me on urgent basis on my contact number 9403337760.

       Other wise i will go to consumer Court and file case on your company.
