I have deposited money on 25th April, 2023 and today is 01 may till now my money is not credited, i have requested support for the issue I’m facing even though they are not working and simply saying we can’t do anything it is automatic and its all from payment provider and they simply escaping, so I’m requesting you to take severe action on octafx

We regret not being able to respond to you earlier. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and regret that there was a delay in the deposit. Upon checking we can see that the deposit ID: 32602562 was completed on the 2nd of May, 2023. Usually, the finance department processes the documents at the earliest but due to technical issues with the payment providers, it may take a little longer.
