I was paid 19999 rs on 17th of Jan in rummy glee app. But after passing 24 days they are not deposited money in my game account not refunded the same in my bank account.
I provided my details like bank statement, UPI statement & game user screenshot several times. But they are not reaponding properly and blame on bank that bank is not paid money to them till now.
I enquire regarding this to my bank but bank stated that amount has been sucessfully deposited on same day.
To enquire the bank’s statement fact i asked to rummy glee customer service to provide their bank’s statement if you didn’t receive the money.
But they are not providing me till now.
They every time blame on bank and bank said money has been trasferred.
Now 24 days has been passed. It is a long time foe suffering such type of problem. Please take necessary action.
