My name is Srinivas. I have applied for two loans 1) enjoy wallet 19000/- 2) rupee rupee 23000/- on 14.08.2023 through Cash Pony App. In the app it displays as amount disbursed but the amount has not credited yet in my account. When I checked, the account number mentioned in the page is not my account at all. I don’t know how it got changed automatically. So I emailed the company about the issue along with the screen shots of wrong account number. I have received a reply stating that the company can’t change the account number along with the screen shot of which bank, date, time and amount they have credited the money. but the real fact is even from the customer side also the account number can’t be changed. Again I have sent a mail to them that the ifsc of the bank account is in Uttar Pradesh, but I live in Chennai. According to the screen shot received the account number is not state bank account and the ifsc is bank of India account. Again I have mentioned all these details and mailed them, but the company didn’t replied for that. In between the collection executives called and started harassing me with my morphed nude photos and threatened me that they will send the photos to my contact list. Because of the heavy pressure and to avoid these troubles I have paid one loan for 19000/-. But one loan is still pending and the collection executives daily calling me 100 times and threatening me. Iam in deep mental agony and mental pressure. If they send the morphed photos to my contact list, I don’t have any other option other than committing SUICDE. Kindly Please intervene in this issue and solve the problem as soon as possible. Iam attaching all the details and screen shots along with my bank account statement also to prove that no such money received on that date in my account.
