I deposit 13000 INR using Astropay via UPI on 18th March 2023. Money detected from my bank account. But amount not credited in my astropay account. Astropay customer support told me provide all documents. I gave all bank receipt of details ( time Date Amount etc ). Bank gave me Hard copy of this transaction i also uploaded
Bank told me to your amount already transferred in merchant account. Bank told me talk to astropay customer support. Now astropay not replying my mail. Last time they said they are checking. But till now no reply. 12 days but nothing
