I requested for a withdrawal on 17th nov 2023 but haven’t received it ye. Spoke to Mostbet customer care and they provided me a UTR no so I checked with my bank and could track this transaction and said its a failed transaction UTR no. I asked for a screenshot of transaction done from Mostbet but they are not ready to send me a screenshot instead of that they asking ne get a official letter and many other thing which have no use. I send them bank statement and also shared the response of my bank but still they are not ready to share the transaction details. They are trying to scam people and sucking there hard earn money .pls help
