I had booked a flight from Delhi to Surat on 13th Dec, 2021. As soon as the money got deducted from my account, I got an email saying that the flight couldn’t be booked and I’ll get the refund for it. I spoke to customer care multiple times and every time they said that the amount will be refunded in 7-10 days. It’s been more than 20 days but I still haven’t received the amount and they are just harassing me.
