I made an online transaction of Rs 1990/- on dated 09-05-2019 through mobikvik for payment of PSPCL electricity bill. The transaction declined but the amount got debited from my credit card account.The transaction was again made through mobikvik which went successful. My credit card statement shows two transactions of Rs 1992.50/- each (Screen shot of credit card statement attached) whereas the former transaction was failed. I tried to contact your CC Rep. through your customer care no but the calls were put on hold for long time and no one responded. you are requested to look into the matter and arrange the reversal of said amount in my credit card account.
I have registered my complaint many times at Mobikvik helpdesk and its ticket no. is 11799318, but there is no response from mobikvik. Kindly expedite my refund.
