Inspite if repeated follow ups and complains with zivame website over calls and mails there is no progress in the refund process. I had returned the products 8 days back and still the money has not been debited to my account. Every time I talk to customer care executive it’s wait for 48-72 hrs. And nothing is happening. I have all the conversation records. Still no progress from. The company. They are just harassing me and wasting my time. It’s been 15days since I placed the order and repeatedly chasing them to refund my money. They have picked up the return products but nothing is updated on the app nor money is being refund.
