• On 23rd and 24 th october, I was playing rummy game in mpl app, I have tried to enter games with paying ₹250 three times and ₹100 one time but money deducted from the wallet not strted a game waited for refund but the MPL is not made any refund of it. They are showing in their add that we can earn money but without any reason we have lost money. There is no security for the money which we add to this app wallet. This app cheated me I have lost 850 rupees in few hours , and their customer care executives are just acting like nothing happened. They dont bother about our problem, they always ask for details then they give us 24 to hours time after 48 hours the ticket  will be closed as there is no issue, again repeat the same procedure no use they are making the users fools
