My Airtel postpaid monthly plan(9606188351) is 199 + tax, but for the month of April, Artel changed my plan to 249+tax without my consent, I have not given any authority to change my plan. I am tried calling to Airtel customer care no response, also mailed all possible Airtel email id’s , no response.
Airtel is looting the customers, this has to be stopped, because of these guys getting mental harassment.
