I had booked a ticket on 19 October but after 5 minutes I got a call that your ticket has been canceled due to operational issues and your money will be credited within 7-15 Business days. I asked for the reason of cancelation then they said because of the charges has been increased. I waited for 1 month but I didn’t get the amount. Then, I mailed them thrice but again I got the same reply that your money will be credited within 7-15 days. I called them 5 times but again they were giving me the time. So, it’s been 2 months I didn’t get my refund
