I have been taking continuous followup with AirIndia customer care since past 5 months. Everytime they say it will take time.
No proper answer is given nor deadline. At times their customer executive even cut the calls which gets connected after 30 min long queue wait.
More than 10000 Rs is stuck with AirIndia since past 5 months no
