I had borrowed some amount from Cred Cash facility and on 2nd January 2023 i had tried to foreclose some of the open loan account. I had paid for open account with 27108 INR but due to their software problem the account was still active thus i assumed that the amount transferred by me was somehow return back and i had retried to foreclose the same account.
In result i had made twice payment and immediately reported them to refund the excess amount in my source account.
They had made fake commitment that the excess payment will be get credited in 5 working days then it was supposed to get clear by 14Jan, then again they ask for 5 more working days, then on 20nd when i expected that the issue will get resolved, they asked me for one more day’s time. on 21st they confirmed that it will be done by 22nd jan and still the situation is same. they are giving me false commitment and are not returning my payment.
due to this i had already missed my emi and had to pay the additional Bounce and penalty charges for that.
I would like to complaint to cred app and expect a fare decision from your side along with the extra penalties which have been bear by me
