Broadband connection Application Number – 0801592235, I have paid Rs. 2828 to get new broadband connection to my house. but after paying, network engineer saying there is no network near my house, so cant give connection(network provider contact detail – Varada -9663737713).

And he said he will cancel the request and money will be refunded. Its already a week still no one coming back to me, neither receiving my calls.I tried to raise a request in airtel customer care, but couldn’t raise, because i dont have airtel phone number neither landline. please process this request as soon as possible.
