I had booked 3 items costing 600 above and received defect product and returned it. Since now the money has not been credited in my bank account

In Meesho they informed that we won the prize. They told us to pay the NOC amount. We paid RS11,000. Again they told us to pay RS 22,000. We informed that we can’t pay that much of amount. Then they told that we will send the amount with in a week. After a week we asked. But they told that the processing is going on. After two days again we called them. But they didn’t give us a proper answer. But they used horrible words and bad words. And they told that they will not give the amount. They told us What can you do .
