I have tried to call Marchant customer care service for last 1 year…..they not responding properly……Still no one are resolved my problem……my 10k amount was pending from The last year…….I’m tired of calling them…..today while I’m speaking with the person his reply was hurting me a lot……Seriously I’m fep up with this customer service from icici merchant service……I have all the proof that transaction settlement copy+record (the way customer care person are replied my problem)…….I need my amount back.
