While taking the deposit amount these people come very quickly to your house and take the deposit by promising they will install it within 4 hours but now its been 3 days and they are making different types of excuses. Everyday they schedule installation but same goes on hold automatically. Please dont give any deposit for Jio fiber until or unless it has been installed. Also they will kot reply to your mail as well. And there customer care number is good for nothing.
