ON April 2 early mrn around 12:07 am I recharged my friends number using my Airtel thanks app .i made payment for 598 rupees pack(which is 84 days validity unlimited calls with data of 1.5gb per day).i made payment through my bank my using my atm pin and otp which I received ..I never got any receipt or confirmation message to my friends phone ..but balance was deducted from my Bank account…please fix the issues as soon as possible…try to refund my money as quick as possible ..I had mentioned details below
