I recharged my airtel phone, online for Rs.379 on 10/Aug/20. The amount was transferred and I got a message from airtel stating the payment will reflect within 4 hours. I have been to airtel office in Sadanandanagar, Bangalore, 5 times and nothing has happened. The agent Naveen gave me his number to call him to check the status, but he does not pick the call! It’s been over 1 month! Thus far this is the worst service I have seen. It sucks.
