I had a transaction on 23 th July. It was failed but my money was not credited to my account nor receiver account. After contacting them I have send all relevant documents. But till today I have not received my money . I got an email from them stating that the amount was credited on 24 th july , though there was no any credit on 24th and it is clear on my bank statement. Now what should I do???
