I searched for MOTHER DAIRY COW MILK and found that the price of the product in these websites is less as compared to other sites and local retails shops. Therefore, I placed the order for MOTHER DAIRY COW MILK on pohunch.com amounting to RS 11080 on 25.11.2023 at 09:23:21 PM. Payment got deducted from my account but order is not confirmed.
I Tried contacting their customer care but no proper response received from Pohunch. I tried to send the mail on their Email ID but the mail got bounced back.
Thereafter I thoroughly searched and found that the similar incident happens with lots of people in the past and no proper resolution has been given to them.
It’s been 3 days and the refund has not been initiated yet. Please initiate the refund as soon as possible and do the needful otherwise I had to raise the complaint to higher authority.
