Hi sir/maam,
I have tried to pay the bill via the MSEB app and had a payment request for the same via my upi. I did the payment and the amount hot deducted but didnt reach MSEB as the bill was as it is.. When enquired the bank stated the money went to them and they have not deducted it from bill. I have tried contacting them.but they wont seem to reply.
Please.help me with thid matter.
