I have ordered from ONDC platform from Paytm on 2nd July tried placing the same order three times as there was an error message popping up but amount got deducted however order didn’t get placed once also. I was hoping the money to be refunded but havent received an update yet and there are no grievance lines also for the same. I have sent out a message on the contact form also but no response. I want my money back with justice to this loss of time and interest
