I booked my flight from Hyderabad to New Delhi through Happyfares.in but my money got debited and I haven’t received any ticket or mail or any PNR number from Happyfares.in

I have booked a Flight from New Delhi to Bangalore for 5 passengers through Happy Fare, travel date 10th Dec Airline SpiceJet, Flight no – SG143 of which boarding CARD was issued at airport .
When the passengers were boarding the flight, SpiceJet staff did not allow to board the flight just before 10mins of flight takeoff giving reason that all tickets were cancelled.
This is pure harassment!!!
First thing, how did the tickets get cancelled automatically? And if tickets were cancelled then why was the information not shared by Airline with passengers? Moreover, a boarding card was issued by SpiceJet, and a security check was also done.
Second, No one from Happy Fare was responding to calls while the customer is facing harassment and kids at problem alone at airport
