On 24 may 2020,I added 560/- from my account to airtel wallet through upi.I instantly got text from bank of debit transaction of the same amount but the airtel wallet did not get loaded by the amount I added.I had to pay the bill for my postpaid connection as it was last date for that.I have been emailing customer care on wecare@airtelbank.com till now but no satisfactory response they have given.To all the emails I have sent,they have been asking just my transaction details again and again,and even after that bot replies are coming.No reolution yet.
